Olivier Horps is CEO for the Greater China Region of Club Med since 2011. This Greater China business unit mission is to develop a minimum of 5 resorts in China and to make of China the 2nd biggest market for Club Med in the world as well as to forge relations with major real estate companies, private owners and travel agents in China. The business unit includes a Club Med resort in Yabuli, a successful ski resort that started in 2010 and Club Med Guilin to open in May 2013 as well as regional functions and commercial offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hong-Kong and Taipeh, covering sales to resorts in China and overseas.Olivier is located in Shanghai. Holds the position of Vice President, Hotel Development with Marriott International based in Shanghai, China,  Mr. Gavin Yu is responsible for the development of Marriott’s key brands, including the Ritz-Carlton, JW Marriott, Renaissance, Marriott, Marriott Executive Apartment, Autograph Collection, EDITION and Courtyard by Marriott in China.  

Before joining Marriott, Mr. Gavin Yu worked for New Century Hotels & Resorts Group for ten years.  This group is the biggest private hotel company in China and he was the Deputy General Manager who in charge of the hotel development.  He also held different positions of Group Director of Sales and Marketing and Group Director of Human Resource.

   

   

Lee Wee-Hau

Francis Lee Wee-Hau is the Senior Vice President of Development, Greater China, for Hilton Worldwide. Based in Shanghai, he is responsible for the expansion of the portfolio of properties under the Hilton brands in the region.

Prior to joining Hilton, Francis was a corporate finance lawyer with significant transactional experience in Sydney and Singapore. He specialized in private equity, venture capital, M&A, alliance and technology acquisition deals and represented both financial and strategic buyers, including the Castle Harlan Australian Mezzanine Partners, Allen & Buckeridge Fund, Equity Asia Partners, Coca-Cola Company, SingTel Optus and the Government of New South Wales.

Francis graduated in 1996 with Honours from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Law. He also graduated in 2001 with a Master of Law from the University of New South Wales, scoring straight distinctions. In addition, he holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and has completed the Master of Business Administration and Advanced Entrepreneurship Program at INSEAD in 2004.

Having first joined Accor in 1986 as Development Manager, China and Hong Kong,Mr. Raymond Tong was appointed Accor's Vice President of Development, Greater China in 2005, and has most recently been promoted to assume a newly-created role as Executive Director and Vice President, Development, Greater China this past June, overseeing hotel network development as well as coordinating strategic owner relations. Based in Shanghai, Mr. Tong has been instrumental in Accor's significant network expansion in Greater China, playing a leading role in bringing on more than 100 hotels in the region.

Cetin Sekercioglu is currently leading Shangri-la Hotels and Corporate Office as Executive Vice President in China. He is of Turkish Nationality and joined the Group in Sept. 1994. His previous hospitality management experience includes posts in Turkey, USA, France, England, Switzerland and Italy.
Cetin has held Senior Corporate Executive Positions in Hong Kong, Singapore and Shanghai as Vice President and Area Manager in Thailand. He also managed the following properties as General Manager; Shangri-la Hotel Rasa Ria Resort in Malaysia, Shangri-la Hotel Dalian in China, Shangri-la Hotel Bangkok, Shangri-la Hotel Jakarta, Shangri-la Hotel Singapore; Pudong Shangri-la in Shanghai.

He speaks 6 languages and attended executive programs both at Harvard and Stanford Business Schools.
   

   
 

Tommy LAI

Tommy has more than 15 years of experience in the financial and real estate industries. Having covered markets in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and in the recent years China, Tommy has a strong understanding of the real estate market across these regions. He also possesses a wide spectrum of expertise across the different functions in property, from development to marketing to investments.  
Before joining Onyx, Tommy was heading the marketing and business development team for the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City project (SSTEC). In his earlier career, he was an AVP – Investments with Pacific Star Capital focusing predominately on direct investment opportunities in Greater China region. He has structured and transacted more than US$500 million in investment deals in the North Asia region.  
Based in the Shanghai office, Tommy will be responsible for growing and expanding Onyx’s foothold in North Asia.
Tommy has a Master in Applied Finance from University of Adelaide and a first class honours degree in Building Construction Management from University of New South Wales, Australia.

Don currently serves as the Chief Executive of Swiss International Hotels & Resorts (China) leading an elite team developing the next generation of luxury hotels characterized by Swiss quality, beauty and efficiency in greater China. Created a compelling vision and energized a cross-functional team to execute the 3-year strategic plan. Signed eight luxury landmark hotels so far in the region with one hotel opened in Xiamen. The hotel is currently the RevPAR and revenue leader in the Fujian Province.
Prior to joining Swiss International, Don was the Regional Vice President of Development for the Wyndham Hotel Group, responsible for the expansion of the five Wyndham brands in China and Japan (Wyndham, Ramada, Howard Johnson, Days Inn and Super 8). In China, Don has directly signed over 10,000 rooms under the Wyndham and Ramada brands.
Don graduated from Columbia University in New York with a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) by American Hotel and Lodging Association. Don has received the “Outstanding President of China Hotel Industry” Award from the Asia Hotel Forum in March, 2011 and the “Leading Hoteliers of China” Award from the Asia Hotel Forum in March, 2013.

Mr. Chan has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Interstate China, Mr. Chan was the Vice President of the Elite Consultancy based in Hong Kong to provide the Consultancy Services to the developers for the hotel project during the planning and construction stage, as well as represent the owners to conduct the operators search and management contract negotiations. Mr. Chan held various positions including corporate marketing and development role at hotel group’s corporate headquarter in Hong Kong and China. Mr. Chan has been working for hotel groups like IHG, Kempinski, Le Meridien, Marco Polo, Accor, Wyndham Hotels Group and Langham Hotels International.
